Should I up my calories again?

Hello!
Im new to this maintaining malarky, the first week I upped my calories by 250 up to 1450 and saw only a 0.5lb gain which I was happy about, but I thought I should stick to 1450 for another week just for my body to settle a little, weigh day is on Tuesday so if I see another gain, however small, should I continue again at 1450 until I stop gaining, or up it again to say 1600?
Thanks in advance!

If you are maintaining, as young as you are you should be eating way more then that. Yes up your calories by doing 100 calories a week.0

I think the weight 'gain' on 1450 isn't true weight gain and more likely just regular fluctuations. I have no clue what your caloric needs are but it is unlikely that if you lost at 1200cals, that 1450 is maintenance for you. That is pretty low for most people.
One of the reasons 1200 cals is not highly regarded for everyone is that it is low and finding maintenance afterwards can be a pretty big adjustment.0 -
I'd up it a little. Have you used MFP to calculate maintenance for you? It varies with a lot of factors but it's a good starting place.0

Upping your calorie intake by 100 is a good starting point.0

First week of added calories will always puff up your weight gain. I wouldn't change anything until you check week 2 and see where you are at.
My opinion is that people who go into "maintenance" stop being as careful as they were when they were losing...so just be careful and take it slow so you don't get discouraged and/or freak out and re-diet prematurely0 -
I agree, up your calories. You may have initial water retention, but that will dissipate.0

I just upped my calories from 1200 to 1450 also, MFP says my maintenance is like 1587. I like the gradually increasing approach as well, I want my body to get used to more calories slowly, 1200 is just not enough for me anymore.0
