hi- I am set at 1200 calories and have noticed I never meet the expectation for potassium, iron or calcium. Does anyone have a daily meal plan that allows all of these to be hit, and if so would you mind sharing? Thanks!!

Take a supplement or include more leafy greens in your diet. Spinach, for example, is rich in calcium, iron and potassium. You could also try looking for a nutrition bar or drink.0
