Chocolate: to eat or not to eat?

I haven't been logging my meals recently as I simply haven't had time, but I've stayed consistent with eating smaller meals more often and making healthier choices (e.g. swapping to whole grain carbs, cutting down sugar etc) BUT I am confused as to whether eating a little bit of chocolate each day will undo all the good this is doing?
What I'm asking is how much chocolate is too much? How much should I allow myself without sabotaging all the hard work I'm putting in?
I do cardio and strength training 3x a week minimum.

I don't forbid myself anything as long as it fits into my daily calories/food plan. You have to find what works for you, but for me I do chocolate as a snack on the days I feel like eating it. I have low cal, tasty options like Snackwells 100 calorie packs and Weight Watchers ice cream bars to keep the portions reasonable.0

If it fits your macros, do it! If you look at my diary, you'll see I've been eating chocolate the last few nights. A square of dark chocolate and some almond butter make a delicious after dinner snack, and is sometimes just what I need to get my carb and fat macros where I need them0
