how can I determine what my calorie intake daily shld be?

Apparently, this calculator is a good place to start:

and then use MFP settings/tools to set caloric deficit goals.
(I say "apparently" as I have not used that TDEE calculator personally, but I see it referenced here a lot. If I DID want to know my TDEE, I would use that. I personally just told MFP I wanted to lose 2#/wk, it gave me 1200 cals. I kept eating under that, so I manually adjusted to 1400 cals and set my own macro percentage goals.)0 -
I used this http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/ to find your TDEE, which is the calories you maintain weight on, then find a deficit from that.0
