Any other students out there that struggle with snacking?

Hi! I'm giving MFP another go after some time off, and need some help with my snacking problem before I'm ready to give it my all.

I'm currently a university student with a job on the side and I sit for quite a few hours a day. When I'm studying I always crave snacks like popcorn or chips, I can't take my mind off it. I think its caused by boredom and it's a serious problem for me. I've been trying to chew gum and drink tea/coffee, but in the end it's not much help. I don't feel hungry when I get these cravings, but I find myself eating anyway. Sadly, in that moment of weakness, I never go for healthy options. Does anyone else have this problem? How can I get rid of the cravings?

Thanks :)
