?how many calories in my brownies?

Hi all

I make my own brownies for a quick and easy snack if I am low on my calorie intake

I use a cup of nutella - two eggs and half a cup of flour. normally makes 4 brownies.

Just unsure how to work out the calories in them?

    Click on food at the top of your page. Then click on recipes. On the right side of the page you will see a green bar that says enter a new recipe. Then add all your ingredients and serving size and it will calculate the calories for you.

    If my conversion between T & c is correct, the recipe comes to 1968 calories (492 per serving).
    217 (54) g carbs
    107 (27) g fat
    35 (9) g protein
