New to MFP community

I'm new to this community but not to health and nutrition. This year my goal is to achieve and maintain a low enough body fat to have a noticeable six pack. I have had a great deal of success losing and maintenance. It's mostly creating good habits for me but everyone's journey is different. My next goal is to weigh between 150 & 155 starting from about 165. I've maintained that for over a year I'm hoping to continue my fitness journey and create a healthy sculpted physique that is maintainable. I'm hoping to meet people here to inspire and to be inspired by. I like running lifting and have discovered yoga lately herniated L5 and P90X. Good Luck and just keep showing up you'll eventually succeed.
