Hey everyone!! Im starting a March 30 Day ABS challenges!! Lets motivate each other and firm those ABS!

Starting weight: 93.9 lbs on 3/01/2015 ( its low because im 4 feet 8) Im short tiny everywhere but my belly!
Burpees: Day 1 = Example 5 DONE!! or did 2
Squats Day 1=
Crunches Day 1=

Squats Day 1= DONE! but man my legs hurt!
