slim and trim

Patrick from Arlington,Texas. Power generation technician for a Caterpillar dealer. So working 8 to 10 hour days and then coming home to walk is hard at times but I keep telling myself that if I want to lose this belly and be slim and trim I must keep at it no mater how tired I feel at the end of the day.
