Want to lose 100lbs -need guidance

my goal is to lose 100lbs in 12 months. I have calculated the calories I need to consume daily to do that but what I don't understand is how to determine how much of that should be carbs/protein/fat? What should my percentages be? Also how many grams of sugar are suggested? Any help would be appreciated.
