Another alternative to start would be if you have a chair or bench, put your hands on said chair seat or bench, the step each leg back, step each leg in, stand, do the little hop if desired, wash and repeat. Make it harder as you go...so then you could put your hands on the chair seat, hop your feet back and in, do the little hop. This way you could build up strength without getting on the floor right away. This can also be used for push ups, if on the floor/on the toes push ups are currently too much.0
