So I pulled my thigh muscle this evening playing football and it is killing me.
I put ice on it as soon as I got in but it is obviously still sore. I have to stand a lot in my job which isn't ideal.
However, what I'm more annoyed about is the thought of no gym this week.
Is there anything I can do which will avoid the use of my thighs?
I like my cardio and weights. Will rowing put it under stress or do I need to stop completely for a few days?
Also any tips to help with the healing process?
Thanks

Take Motrin and do your best to enjoy a short break from working out. If you do too much or jump back in too soon you could end up with a serious issue that requires months of no exercise. A little bit of time off now could save you a lot of time off later.0
