I've been working out for 3.5 years staright and never really cared about losing the stubborn fat around my mid section. Now it's time to lose that! I would like to start by getting down to 280 then eventually 240-250.I'm naturally a big guy big framed so no need for me to be skinny. Excited to get this fat cut started! I work out 4-5 days a week with weights but I have been slacking on the cardio. It's going to be hard to tell myself less weights and more cardio since all I have been worried about is how much can I lift! Looking forward to the help and encouragement. Thanks
