Challenge Groups to Help Focus!!

I am part of two great groups with monthly challenges!

1. Keeping it Green! You decided how many days you would like to ensure you do not go over your allowed calories (keep your calorie bar "green"). You report daily (or as possible) about if you stayed within your calorie budget and challenges / exercises / etc.

2. 3 Things Challenge: You choose 3 things to focus on this month - many of these goals have NOT been scale related and that is fine. (Reading, Flossing, No F'Bombs, Meditating, etc) Report daily (or as possible) about how you did!

Both groups are very supportive and you can join for one month - or keep coming back. If you are interested, send a personal message and I will send invite for group!
