Hello, I'm new on here, and wanting to goback to the healthy weight I was 2 years ago.
Let me introduce myself:
Name: Lucy
Age:20
Height:5'5
Current Weight: 138lbs
Goal Weight: 115lbs
Today is day one, and I am really going to work hard this month. Also, my birthday is on the 25th, and I really want to make quite a bit of progress by then, to avoid too much self-loathing, seeing as I don't do well with birthdays and getting older... (haha!).
Anyone with similar goals?

I'm 136 and 5'4" but only wanted to get to 130. I also only aim to lose one pound this month, so maybe we aren't so similar.

That's okay, can still be friends. :) We have similar statistics.
Also, I may not end up at 115lbs anyways, because I am going to be doing a lot of weight training and muscle building; it's just a wish.

You will only maintain muscle as you lose fat, not build it. Regardless, the more you maintain, the more you may be happier at a higher weight than 115. That sounds low to me. Anyway, good luck.

Well, I used to be 115, 2 years ago, but all I did was run back then. Now I'm not so sure.
Thank you! Good luck to you, too!
