I have been a MFP member for a few years. On again, off again. Always unsuccessful. I think my repeated failure is due to unrealistic expectations and lack of dedication. Finally on February 18th, I FINALLY, really, made my mind up to lose weight. But not by dieting! I am 6 weeks into my life style transformation! For the first time ever, I have moved a mountain and met my 1st weight loss goal! 5 lbs! I have 11 more lbs to go. I would love to help you and in turn your support will help me! Please add me if you need a MFP Friend! (I realize I don't have as much to lose as others, but my struggle is just the same )
