Hey All!
Ok... So... Earlier when i joined fitness pal i was able to reign in my self control and loose about 25 lbs from my original weight... things happened and i fell off the proverbial wagon and gained back between 10-12 lbs... I'm trying to get back to my former GOOD habits like making myself take the stairs (i work in a highrise), taking time for myself to work out, and making meals at home again and honestly recording my calories. I'm lucky in that i have a tangible goal to look forward to in August but it just seems harder this time round. Does any one else sometimes feel like this? any suggestions? :flowerforyou:

i totally and completely feel like this. I really want to lose 25lbs to get to my goal or 160 (i'm 5" 7'). For a long time i was eating properly, low carbs, etc. I was running at least a couple of times a week.
I've gone through some stressful times recently, been comfort eating a bit, and fell off the wagon when it comes to exercise. I need to get remotivated, for sure, but having a really difficult time.0 -
You could try adding back one activity at a time so you don't overdo it and get demotivated. You could pick just one of those activities and make sure that you get at least just one of them in a day. If you do more, it's a happy bonus! That way, you can think of it as doing more rather than trying to get all in everyday and feeling like you didn't do enough if you missed one.0
