Calorie vs. Protien

I'm kind of new to this, but I'm close to my my max calorie intake for the day and I still need 17 more grams of protein. What is the best way to solve this, or does it really matter?

    A gram of protein is around 4 calories, which would mean you'd need to eat at least 68 calories. I don't know what your goal is because you have your diary closed, but egg whites and protein powder would be some quick options if you really want to hit it.

    I would just focus on getting used to eating at a deficit at this point as a calorie deficit really the only thing you need to lose weight. Prelogging your day is a great place to start if you need any help with that.

    The most important thing is hitting your calorie goal. Do your best to get your macros close, but if you cannot, stick to your calories.
