Calorie vs. Protien

I'm kind of new to this, but I'm close to my my max calorie intake for the day and I still need 17 more grams of protein. What is the best way to solve this, or does it really matter?

A gram of protein is around 4 calories, which would mean you'd need to eat at least 68 calories. I don't know what your goal is because you have your diary closed, but egg whites and protein powder would be some quick options if you really want to hit it.
I would just focus on getting used to eating at a deficit at this point as a calorie deficit really the only thing you need to lose weight. Prelogging your day is a great place to start if you need any help with that.0 -

The most important thing is hitting your calorie goal. Do your best to get your macros close, but if you cannot, stick to your calories.0
