THIS IS MY SECOND NSV POST FOR THIS WEEK. I HAVE VERY WEEK CORE AND VERY POOR BALANCE (BRAIN CONDITION), BUT I HAVE BEEN DETERMINE TO GET THE SIDE PLANK DOWN BECAUSE IT IS PART OF ON OF MY JILLIAN WORKOUTS.

    That's fantastic!!! I suffered a back injury almost a year ago- I know how difficult it can be to be balanced. Keep up the great work! Congrats!!!!!!
