I lost my weight with no fad diets, no trainers, no gym membership, just MFP, free YOUTUBE workout videos like 30 day shred, and dedication!

Looking to stay motivated now that I am maintaining!

Keep working!!! You will get there!

    Tears!!!!! Of Joy!!!!!

The first is 2008 at ~220lbs and the second is a few weeks ago at 114. I've since hit and then over shot my goal weight. The first three and half years was me struggling in the dark, and only in the last few months have I found MFP, discovered I love running short and distance, and not to be intimidated by the strength training side of the gym.

I'm also jealous of those of you that were able to keep your boobs. Mine flew the coop fairly quickly. lol.

Hey girl, you can buy boobs, good health has to be EARNED. GREAT JOB!!!!

@fitfatty88 I got it from Zulily.
@annachristine1013 I work out 5-6 days a week (running, elliptical, weight lifting) and stay around 1600-1700 calories a day :)

Thanks so much! I ate 1200 calories a day for about 7 months and worked out around 2 hours everyday. 100 lbs came off extremely quickly for me, about 6 months. My goal is 150, I have about 25 lbs left to lose and I'm eating 1800 cals now :)

Down 110 pounds in a year. Went from hardly being able to go up a flight of stairs to doing bike races... Simply by cutting the junk and keep in my calories in check. And pedaling. ;)

Unreal job everyone! I still have about 10 more pounds to go but here's my progress. Like others I did this without a gym membership or fad diets. It was all hard work and mfp to hold me accountable.

Wow! That's amazing! Your bike race looks like fun. Is that a trail race? I would like to start biking, but I'm scared to bike in the street because I don't trust people in cars.

Anyway, congrats on your awesome success!
