I weigh in Saturday morning so I splurge after and make up for it the rest of the week. It helps me stay sane and I like to plan my week so it is already built in by the time I splurge how I will fix it by the next weigh in. I have lost 12 lbs in 28 days so I guess I am doing something right.0

Your body doesn't care what you eat in 24 hour increments, only what you eat over time. For that reason, some of us don't track daily, but weekly, in order to have more flexibility. I'm on 1200 cals a day, so for me, this allows me to eat approx 1000 cals some days, but 1400 other days. D ing it this way works for me because it doesn't feel so rigid, and enables me to feel like I'm eating more of what I want.0
