Erm....Hi.

So I've been on and off of MFP millions of times now (it would seem.)
If I had to realistically give you a number...probably 5 or 6 times, I have gotten on and off MFP.
I always get on and think I'm doing really well and then back off.
I've been doing okay this time, but I'm really trying to get serious about my diet.
Working out is pretty much a habit of mine at this point. I get to the gym...NORMALLY 5 days a week and that's always for at least 45 minutes.
It's just, my best friend's wedding is in May. And it's kind of on the home stretch and I'm realizing how much weight I still need to lose and how much work I need to do to fit PROPERLY in the dress. When I got my maid of honour dress, I had to get it at the same time as the other bridesmaids. The highest size available in this dress was a 16 and I knew it wouldn't fit, but I ALSO knew that I wasn't so far off that it wouldn't be a possibility.
So anyway, I'm typing waaaayy too much and probably freaking out a bunch of people.
But here's the thing.
I think a big contributing factor in my leaving here so many times was lack of friends.
So here I am.
I have introduced myself on here before, but it definitely changes over time.
So I am here again...introducing myself.
Eek. And I didn't really say much about me.
I just kind of talked so...at least you know I'm talkative?
But yeah.
Name's Mika. I'm 23 years old.
I weigh about 236 pounds at this point and am just trying to get down to 186.
I can't wait to get below 200. I'm excited because this is the year!
Hahaha.
Well, whatevers.
Hoping I can make some friends.

Friends make the world of difference...without support of others it's just us alone. That's OK but I think it helps to see others struggle and succeed and go on to accomplish their goals. It helps you know you'll reach yours as well.
