Hello. I'm here looking for accountability buddies. Add me please. Im currently 313 lbs and looking to lose about 60lbs. I love to eat and don't like gyms(social anxiety). Weight lose and maintaining it has been a huge challenge my entire life. So add me, encourage me as I will encourage you. At least wish me luck!! Thanx

    Add me if you'd like. Also, with your dislike for gyms, what do you do to workout? Ever tried workouts from Youtube? That's what I'm doing at home and it's better than the gym ever was for me.
  • Hi! I find that people dont really talk to others in the gym unless they already know them. Keep trying to put yourself out there...i know its scary at first but a smile and a friendly hi goes a long ways. We are all in it together. Keep up the great efforts and be patient.

    Welcome! I know the feeling of not wanting to goto the gym, I used to get up super early in the morning and go jogging before people would wake up, now I'm lucky to have bought my own treadmill and home gym. I've sent you a request and wish you luck in reaching your personal goal. Lets watch each others pounds melt off! :smiley:

    Welcome! Everyone is free to add me and I'm happy to share what I can. My initial source of exercise when I started was walking. It's a great, solitary way to get started on losing those extra pounds. Good luck!
