Hi,
I tried to find answers in the forums but nothing seemed clear to me. It might be a stupid question but when your goal is to gain weight, does the MFP calorie calculator count the calorie intakes to make your gains as lean as possible? It sounds like a nobrainer but it's better to be safe than sorry... Also one more thing - the calorie goals are the same everyday, even if that day is a workout one, which doesn't seem right... Am i supposed to adjust it somehow myself? Thanks for the answers in advance.

Just to let you know the MFP calorie calculator might not be accurate for the amount you need to eat to gain weight. The key is to eat above maintenance to where you gain around .5-1lb a week and slowly add calories as you plateau. I would eat the same calorie amount every day or close to it (+ or - 100 calories) and stay consistent with that.0
