20 Day Challange 2nd March

Hi, would anyone like to join me on a 20 day activity challange. Pick any activity that you like and log your performance here on a daily basis.

I've joined this task on Twitter (just pointing out it's not my idea ;)) Perhaps you can join too under @get1active. I'll be using #20daysof10KSteps I'll be following there as @GoosieHughes so let me know if you're there too... So over the next 20 days I'll be logging my step and distance count for each day and I'll be taking one day off, a rest day every Sunday... just to have a little down time... The objective is to hit that Golden number of at least 10000 steps which is the minimum recommended amount of active living.

Anyway ... let's get moving people

    Day One complete.

    50 squats
    1 minute of the plank
    11900 steps..

    50 squats
    plank 1 minute (oh what fresh hell it is ;))
    10500 steps
  • Way to go! Count me in too. I'm not tech savy enough for Twitter, but I will update here. :smiley: Yesterday I did 10,500 steps and 45 minutes on the stationary bike, oh, and I'm doing a 4 week squat challenge, so I did 30 squats.

    Let you know tonight if I make it or drop from exhaustion.
