    weight loss = lower weight on scales
    being smaller = smaller size in clothes or better fitting clothes
    Inches or centimeters lost =smaller measurements

    Fat loss means less things jiggling.

    Great that you measure as well as weigh because muscles weigh more than fat and it is frustrating to see my weight go up sometimes.
