No.
Tighten up your logging (weigh everything you eat) and be patient. Everyone plateaus. Don't throw money at some horribly named fad diet that is not going to work. No need for a detox (or teatox *shudders*).0 -
Teatox = a type of detox = a scam because you can't detoxify your body with a type of food or beverage.
How long have you been at a plateau? You may need to drop your calories lower if you're at the same weight for 6-8 weeks.0 -

All of this. Or at least make sure your logging is as accurate as possible; you may be eating more than you think.0 -
Mint tea is delicious, but it won't help you detox. Your body has a natural filtration system between your liver and your kidneys. Ne detox required.0

I'm going to start recommending the ginger beer, protein, salt, and shock detox plan on all these threads. Of course, this only works if you're a Time Lord, but hey.

Is this the tea that just makes you poop a lot? Some extra fiber in your diet would likely do the same thing. I've never had the desire to spend excess time on the toilet - sounds uncomfortable.0

Let me know if you try skinnymint teatox! I want to try it too!! I read so many good reviews & seen so many good photos!0

Would you abuse laxatives to lose weight? Because that's what you're doing with "teatox". It's a laxative. Laxative abuse is bad, m'kay?0
