NSGs?

I have to give up on my scale- I really truly do. I have lost and gained the same 3 lbs for months, while I continue to gain strength, endurance running and healthier habits.
MY NSG's (Non-sacle GOALS) for the month on March are:
Run a comfortable 5k straight through without stopping
Work back up to my 1RM back squat of 165# (hopefully more!)
Get this one pair of jeans I have to fit comfortably because I got them on clearance and they're like half a size too small
Who else has goals that are bigger than a number on the scale this month??
