I am looking for a low carb/high protein bar recipe. I LOVE Quest bars, but they are too expensive for my budget. If anyone has a recipe I would really appreciate it.

    sam's club has Premier Protein bars either 16 or 18 bars for $16.88 I think. 30g protein, carbs 26 g, sugars 10 g.
