So, I'm not completely new but stopped for a while due to the loss of my father. I'm a 20 year old student children's nurse and would love some friends to help support. Add away!
Thanks

Sorry about your dad. I know it's hard to lose a parent at a young age I was a teenager when my mom died. This bandwagon (MFP) has support.0

I'm so sorry about your loss. I went through the same thing this past summer. I was doing really well in my weight loss journey and then I lost my father suddenly and unexpectactly in June. It threw off my whole routine and I clung to food to help cope with the pain. I just started back on this journey last month, and I am doing it for him. He woudl want me to healthy and there for my daughter as long as possible. feel free to add me0
