Good morning everyone and Happy Monday to each of you. My name is Pj and I'm extremely excited be on board with you. My brother introduced me to this website and after touring the many interesting facts that you are presenting, I decided to sign up and join. I was wondering if there is a place I can visit that will give me a "tutorial" of different exercises. The Weight Watchers program offers that and I found it helpful but I don't plan on renewing my membership with them. Although I am a 61 year old retiree, I am still feel extremely active and I definitely do not look my age. I've been told I look as though I'm 30-40 years old. It's my good DNA that I tell everyone.. ;););) However; when I'm home, I find myself not being motivated to work out or do much more than sit on the couch and catch up on my favorite tv shows. I know it's time for me and it's time to start living a healthier lifestyle. Eating right and exercising is the cure all....I was just hoping you can direct me to where I might find some exercises that I can do at home.

Thank you and have a blessed day!!!
Pj

Hi Pj :) If I'm not using the gym to workout I find youtube has some wonderful and varied types of workouts. There are also some threads going that share other favorite workout sites members use.

    Welcome to the site :)

Welcome! I would use YouTube to find videos. Or look online for sheet of different workout methods suitable for your age. Or you can go to the gym and look like a kickass 61 year old woman! :)
