Honestly I did!! I'd have to say the same goes for me...I am not classified as overweight if I use the BMI tools, but I also have fat in the wrong places. I try really hard to stick to my allotted calories for the day and try to get some exercise in and I have lost weight! Right now I have kind of hit a plateau but I know that is because I have been cheating and going over my calories and have slacked a little on exercise. That being said I haven't gained any of it back and I am trying my best to get back on track!! Just make sure if you get extra calories from exercising then try to use them up as you don't want to put your body into starvation mode. I now fit into pants that I didn't 6 months ago and sometimes that is a greater measure than what the scale says!! Hope this helps and good luck on your weight loss quest.0
