    5'2, 5'3 on a good day with excellent posture haha :) i want to lose 15- 20 lbs of fat but gain lbs in muscle :)

    I'm 4'11' 3/4 and I'm looking to lose about 75 pounds. My Ckw is 200 and my gw is 125. I also want to gain a decent amount of muscle so my gw may change if need be.

    Anyone here change their calorie goals under 1200 because of our height? I am 126 and 5'2 and my RMR is 1280. A defecit of 500 would put me at 780 (crazy?) but the suggestion of never going below 1200 calories is NOT working for me and I feel like it is a blanket guideline that shouldn't be used for all women as all women do nit fit the same size mold.
    I currently do strength training- lift 4 days a week and Hiit cardio two days a week and lose maybe a half a pound a week. I am lowering my calorie goal to 1000 a day to see how I feel and what happens to my training and weight loss. Any thoughts?
