Starting my health and fitness journey!

Hi everybody,
My name is Stephanie. I am a 20 year old university student and I am from Newfoundland, Canada.
Today is my first day of my health and fitness journey. Although I have always been a normal weight, I have always been self conscious of how weak I am. I have no strength whatsoever and my diet - partially thanks to living the dorm life - has been horrible. I have neglected my health, not sleeping well, skipping classes causing myself stress, eating poorly, and never exercising.
That changes today! I am looking forward to feeling better, healthier and stronger. Any tips or suggestions that can help me in starting my journey would be much appreciated. It will be a slow and steady start but I have a wonderful support system and can't wait to involve myself in this health and fitness community!

Hey Stephanie and welcome. I always recommend finding a meal plan and exercise program that you will enjoy doing. Finding something you enjoy will help with staying motivated to do it until it becomes part of your daily or weekly routine. Good Luck!0
