Pre-Military Diet Help!

So I'm 25lbs short of being able to sign up with my recruiter, and it's being stubborn. I'm 200lbs now, in strength training and upping cardio but if anyone can help with suggestions on nutrition that would be great! Low-carb, low-oils, high greans, lean white meat and venison, and smaller portions (attempting low sodium, salt is my life unfortunately). My goal caloric intake is 1750 and I usually fall under by 200cal. Seriously, any help is appreciated.

    What are your stats? Can't do much without that. Do you use a food scale?
