    Hey Freya, yes this really does work, mainly because it helps you develop the discipline to record what you eat on a regular basis and "food journaling" is one of the top habits to form to help you manage your health goals. The trick is to record everything you eat good and bad, that way you can see what impact your choices make for you. Good Luck!
