Carb protein & fat percentage recommendations

for anyone who's on a lean meal prep diet, what is your recommended carb protein and fat percentage? Mine currently is 30% fat 40% protein 30% carbs I was wondering if that was correct or what anyone of you have?

    Hi:

    My experience is that you have to find the better macro composition for you.
    I have 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat. It works for me.
    Most important, If I want to lose body weight I have to eat at a deficit.
