Staying on track whilst abroad for 5 weeks

I won't have internet access and limited ability to exercise (the terrain is far too rough to run- rocks underfoot) and I'll be looking after my kids 24/7 so although I hope to get a few swims and walks in it won't be as straightforward as it is now as I run 4 times a week at the moment.

At the moment I'm ticking along nicely at nearly 25lbs lost and would like to at least maintain if not lose a little whilst I'm away but obviously I want to be able to enjoy myself as well and not be too obsessive whilst still maintaining motivation.

Any tips?

Try to keep logging your food and move as much as you can. It is the only thing that works for me. If you absolutely can't do that, then eat three meals of moderate portions and don't snack. Good luck

Log and track if you can, just like at home. Do other forms of exercise if you can't run. Moderate your portions.

I love traveling to other countries. Trying new foods is exciting and scary at the same time.

Body weight exercises are easy to do in very little space. Get your littles involved by making a game of exercising and picking out nutrient rich foods for good health whilst you're abroad
