Getting back on track.

I lost 70 lbs and was on track to my goal weight, then I kind of flat-lined and went off track for awhile. After gaining back about ten pounds I've decided I need to get back in gear and have focused on my goal weight yet again!
I would love some motivation and of course I would motivate you all back.
I just need to try to stay on track this time!

I was 8 pounds from my goal last summer and I ended up gaining 17 back. I am getting back one track again. You lost it once and you can definitely do it again. Don't give up!0
