Hello, last year around the same time I started this app I lost about 20 pounds and then for some reason I just quit gained it all back so I have returned to attempt finishing what I started my biggest problem is beer and carbs lol but I need to stick it out this time hopeful

Seriously I think if I just didn't drink a few beers every night I'd lose weight alone, I drink a lot... To much I know. I would drink about a six pack a night, now I'm trying to just drink on my days off if anything. So far I have made it one week with this goal... Feeling good about it though0

thats really great, i have cut back a lot, even on the wines, love a good red lol, i had quite a few saturday night at a party but since starting on this journey i have cut back to maybe 2 times a week and only one or 2 drinks0
