Hey everyone, I just have a quick question regarding the exercise database. For the option/exercise 'walking uphill' what percent incline would it be? I'm not sure if this is the correct category to be posting this, so I apologize beforehand if its incorrect.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I believe it would need to be a steep enough incline that it causes you a good bit of effort to walk.0

just count walking anywhere as walking. Always underestimate exercise calories and overestimate food calories and you will lose weight.0
