Beginner Workout

**forgive me if this has been posted before**

So I tried 30DS. Yeah, a couple minutes in, I was gonna die. I know, not really, but it's not for beginners LOL I did some searching for some beginners workouts and found this. I know for some of you, this is child's play, so to speak, but I thought it may help someone else as it helped me. I guess the way I look at it, it's constant moving. That's a start...it's a beginner thing. And yes, I broke a sweat and it got my heart going. For me, if I feel like I'm going to die....I won't do it. If I can feel it, sweat, and heart is pumping but can still go on, I'm more likely to do it over and over. Just me though...

It's through Fitness Blender and it looks like they have tons of videos as well for other workouts.

I still sometimes have a hard time with 30DS. But it's mainly because of my knees. I pushed through it and took little breaks when I needed to.
I would also walk. I use the Nike running app and would try to beat my pace/time each time I went out. Even if it was by only a couple seconds. I now have to add to my route because I can walk a lot faster now and have added a little but of running. I always did just over 3 miles because it would take me close to an hour. Now I have to do 4 for the same amount of time.
