Time for a change!

I am a night shift ER RN, right there I am at a disadvantage due to poor habits!! I quit smoking about 10 years ago and put on nearly 50 pounds. After waddling around for nearly a decade I decided it is time to change. I lift weights for an hour or so in the morning 5 days a week and go to crossfit for an hour in the afternoon on my days off. I have been making decent progress, but more I need to conquer my poor diet!
