I think its like 30minutes of sex (Does that exist? haha) = 90 calorie burn. But I guess its all down to intensity, difficulty of posistion etc etc.... all variable.0

"A passionate french kiss for 1 minute apparently burns 5 calories, and an hour burns 1,560 calories!! .. well if that's true....goodbye exercise!0

Sex usually doesn't occur long enough within a day, to burn a significant amount of Calories, unless one is a sex addict, a porn star and/or a prostitute. Even then it'd be considered apart of their lifestyle since it's occurring on a regular bases and thus then can't be included as exercise.0

If only! But no, it's not usually sustained long enough and at a high enough intensity to be worth logging. Just consider it a bonus calorie burn!0

what if we do it in such a way too burn more calories by intensify our body and try to make this part of our exercise rather then just a boring usual part of life

You're doing it wrong if it's boring and you need it for exercise. :noway:0 -

I just want to feel passion not calories burning when I am having sex. THANK YOU0

It burns calories, but would be considered part of lifestyle. Unless of course it is extremely rare and that is just too sad to talk about0

I have a friend that considers sex a workout. In fact, its the only workout she bothers with because she knows she'll stick to it. I have no idea if it helps with weight loss, though it could be a fun experiment.0

one can enjoy and burn calories as well. point is to think both perspective at same time. it will be even more excited if we do it to burn more calories lots of further positions could be explored if we try to burn calories.
point was not to make tasteless sex, but to make and figure out more fun in sex and to put sex in exercise0 -
no...after being married for 1 year and having sex at least 3x a day I was up to my heaviest weight...we aren't having as much sex now (married 5 years)still at least once a day and I am down 60lbs...That is due to my calorie deficit not the "sexercise" or even the exercise I did do...0

That's not how it came across at all in your other post...and well, I for one would be turned off if that was my partner's main focus, burning calories.
Sex for many is a very sacred, special, intimate part of a relationship.
For others it is a business transaction - that's pretty close to how you're describing it. If your partner is into that kind of thinking, good for you.....but that makes sex seem like a chore to me. But hey, whatever floats your boat.

You need to be picking better partner if that's how you feel.

It would certainly distract me from hunger, which would help.0

Guilt and stress can be great for losing weight (in an unhealthy manner).0 -
Weight loss helps with the sex. Being thinner and fitter = more fun in the bedroom (or wherever else )0

yap right, but in positive direction sexercise can be fun, if we do p90x, yoga and lots of other fun oriented steps in burning calories, then we can have more fun with lots of energy in athletic sex can be adopted.
guilt and stress is psychological disorder but in sex- oriented exercise it will be mental relaxing , may be type of yoga0
