It has been a really long time since I fell off the wagon. I do good for a while then it's like I'm a train that gets derailed! Well I'm back and I'm determined to do this!! Let me tell y'all a little about myself. My name is Tammy and I have been happily married to a wonderful man for 20 years. We have 4 children(of which 2 Kenneth 16 and Sabrina 14 still at home) and 2 beautiful granddaughters. I have struggled with my weight for the last 14 years. I loss some then I gain more back.

I am looking for friends to help support and motivate me as well as me support and motivate y'all in return!!!
