Last chance

I'm 32, some of you may think that is young but I have been through a lot in life. The struggles, the challenges. I've fought all my demons and have managed to get ahead. But I have always had a losing battle against my weight. Started gaining in my second year in college, around 19 y.o. and never really recovered from that. I weigh 236 lbs now. I used to be 267 lbs and it took me 2 years to shed off that first 30 lb. My goal is to lose 50 more pounds this year. I've had more ups and downs than I could count that is why it took me so long to shed weight. I firmly believe that this is my last chance to get down to my goal weight or all will be lost. I am tired of being fat. I have to get to 185 lbs by the end of the year if it kills me. Then I plan to lose the last 20 lbs or so after that. Progress not perfection.
