Super motivated to change my lifestyle. I've been going to the gym for a month now (for the first time ever!) I'm finally starting to look forward to it instead of dreading it. I'm trying really hard to stay in my calorie goal so I joined MFP hoping it will help. Just want to get some friends on here so I can keep pushing myself with everyone's help! ;-)

    You have joined the right spot. I recently started back with MFP and it has really helped me with my snacking and candy intake. I love candy. I don't deprive myself of it; I just only have one piece if I'm craving it. I accepted your friend request. It sounds like you're doing really good now. Just keep it going and you'll do great. We can motivate each other as I am very motivated to make a change in my lifestyle :)
