Supplements - what do you take?

Hi everyone! I have started to notice through this food journal journey that my diet, though healthy, is kind of deficient in certain key nutrients that apparently aren't being covered by the multivitamin I take. Some good examples of this are magnesium and potassium. This made me curious about what sort of things other people take or recommend taking and for what reason.

Any suggestions?

    hi,i take multivitamins,vitamin-b12(because i am vegeterian and deficiant) and omega -3(fish oil)...also i use ground flax seeds for omega 3 ...hope this helps...also i take them because they improve your metabolism and i have ****ty one

    Krill oil and a multivitamin several days a week.
