Fast Breakfast?

We like to thin cook 1-2 eggs omelette style, the layer on a couple pieces of deli turkey (or ham) and roll up like a burrito. You can literally hold it and munch while walking out the door. If you pre-portioned some berries or fruit to go with it you'd have a great breakfast.
We also do lots of yogurt parfaits, I make pancakes and muffins the night before and reheat in the morning, and sometimes we make homemade hash (ham or chicken, diced soft-cooked potatoes and onions all sauteed with pepper and salt and sometimes bell peppers) to reheat in the morning.0
