Could do with a hug

Just a general moan to get things off my chest. I'm not giving up- BUT I feel like it at the moment.
I'm deaing with a lot- serious personal family stuff, boring and stressful job, domestic issues - plus I've been sick for the last month with a virus that keeps comming back (Everyone has the same thing here) and it's left me with post-viral fatigue. I'm wiped out- no amount of sleep or upping my calories once ot twice has helped- I'm starting to crave caffine and sugar to give me a boost (ate 380 cals of chocolate today and 2 cups of coffee)- which obviously isn't working, and so any exercise at the moment is out of the question. On top of all that the stress (and coffee) is giving me IBS issues and I've had stomach ache/ constipation for the last 4 days now, which is getting me down.
I've still managed to lose 8lbs in 4 weeks (got 10 left to go) but now it's slowed to 0.5 last week- and I'm feeling like having a toddler tantrum. I'm back on the wagon as of now - but i could still do with a hug............

send you a HUGE HUG X0X0X0... and you know if your 10lbs of your target then .5lbs a week is a nice gentle slide to reaching it and maintaining it. Sure it will take a little longer but it will also help cement those habits that keep you at your desired weight. Put the past behind you can't change it so don't fret about it. You're doing great, you're still here! You showed up that's what gets you to your goal.0

Oh I can sympathise. I could have written that post my self. Keep your chin up. It will get better. I also had a nasty virus with post viral fatigue and work has been stressful. My personal life has been stressful coz im trying to organise a wedding among other things. Its a effort just to get to work and do my job. My job prefomance is slipping and I haven't exercised for almost 3 weeks now. I normally work out 5 days a week. You are not alone. I keep on thinking it will get better. Take care of your self. :-)0
